Locations: North Sydney Sports Medicine Centre is located at 272 on the Pacific Highway. North Sydney Orthopaedics and Sports Imaging are located at 286 on the Pacific Highway Crows Nest. Both Centres are between Shirley Rd and Bruce St. Shirley Road is opposite Falcon St at the "Five Ways" intersection.

The Sports Medicine Centre is located in the courtyard between 270 and 272. There is a Chinese restaurant facing us in the courtyard called "Yings Seafood Restaurant" (it has an orange sign). Another landmark is the "Alexanders" sign on the Highway.

Physitherapy is located at 79- 81 Sinclair Street, which is behind the NSOSMC.

Coming by car: For those coming from the city side of the bridge you can either go through the tunnel and take the Falcon St exit or if coming over the bridge, stay in Lane 2 until you get to the North Sydney exit and then follow the Pacific Highway through North Sydney to Crows Nest.

For parking, Nicholson St has a 2 hour free council car park. Street parking is sparse and the parking police are always around so it is best, if it can be avoided, not to get metered parking.

To get to Nicholson St car park, turn right into Nicholson St from Shirley Rd (opposite the fire station), the car park is on the right hand side a short way down.

Public Transport: it is easiest to alight either at St Leonards station and walk (15mins) or catch a bus towards the city. Or alternatively alight from North Sydney station and get a taxi or bus along the highway (heading away from the city) and stopping just before the intersection at the Shirley Rd.
