Massage Therapy what we off?
Sports Massage- Aimed at preventing injury and enhancing performance through pre/post event and maintenance massage. Works in conjunction with physiotherapy in the rehabilitation of injuries.
Remedial Massage- Massage aimed at increasing blood flow and circulation and is beneficial for treating a wide range of conditions, including tired, aching muscles, postural imbalances, headaches and stress relief.
Trigger Point Therapy- Aims at releasing taut bands of muscle tissue which are extremely tender when pressed. This therapy encourages blood flow to the area, removing toxins and supplying necessary nutrients to restore proper function.
Pregnancy Massage- Pregnancy massage can help alleviate some of the uncomfortable symptoms that women often experience during pregnancy, ranging from lower backache, swelling in the lower legs and general tiredness.

Simone Munro Dip. Sports Therapies, Dip. Remedial Massage, ATMS accredited.
Simone has been in practice since 1999. She has a special interest working with athletes and sports related injuries. Remedial massage can help with workplace and postural discomforts.
Jayne Dingley Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapies, Diploma of Hlth Sc. Holistic Kinesiology, ATMS accredited
Jayne has been in practice since 1993. She uses her skills to provide unique hands-on treatment to help reduce muscle spasm and improve muscle function by combining Chines and Western medicine. She has a special interest in treating chronic back, neck and shoulder pain. Jayne has vast experience in working with the rehabilitation of injuries and post-operative orthopaedic. Techniques include: remedial and sports massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, acupressure, cupping, lymphatic drainage.
Jayne is also a qualified Kinesiologist. Kinesiology can help people with chronic pain, discomfort, felxibility and movement, postural problems and imbalances, balance co-ordination.
Jayne is currently completing a degree in Health Science, Complementary Medicine.
