About Us 
We have been an established sports physiotherapy practice for over 17 years as an integral part of the North Sydney Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Centre - a multidisciplinary centre that includes massage therapists, orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, Pilates instructors, a podiatrist, sports imaging and general radiology, a rehabilitation medicine physician, rheumatologists, sports medicine physicians, a sports dietician, an osteopath and exercise therapist.

We pride ourselves on the level of experience and professionalism of our therapists and believe that by being part of a multi-disciplinary specialist centre we are able to provide you with the best possible service.

• Fitting of braces and walking aids.
• Dry needling.
• Management of chronic conditions with ongoing rehabilitation necessary for return to sport, recreation or work.
• Assessments of posture and workplace ergonomics.
• Well equipped gym for sport specific exercise rehabilitation programs.
• Fully equipped Pilates rehabilitation and exercise area. – Private sessions and mat classes.
