Sarah Dacres Mannings
Sarah Dacres-Mannings has had over 18 years experience as an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD). Initially working in paediatrics at The Childrens Hosptial, before expanding into sports nutrition and corporate health and fitness.

Sarah has worked with elite athletes for the past 17 years and presently consults to the NSW Institute of Sport, Sydney Roosters League Club, Australian Jockey Club Apprentice School and Australian Defence Force.

In the past she worked with the Australian Institute of Sport, Victorian Institute of Sport, Australian Rugby Union, Australian Rugby Institute, NSW Rugby Union (7 years), Rugby League: North Sydney Bears, St George Illawarra (5 years). She has also been personally heavily involved in sport with a background in equestrian, netball and lightweight rowing.

Additionally, Sarah has worked with a large number of schools and in the corporate sector. She has an interest in metabolic syndrome, PCOS and insulin resitance which can effect both adults and children.

As Sarah has a physiology background she is able to give clients the appropriate exercise advice in addition to the necessary diet plan and education. For all clients body measurements including waist and widest girth or skinfold measurements in addition to scale weight are taken. This is to encourage those clients who need to change "shape / body composition" rather than become scale fixated.
